Service Fees

The largest part of our service will take place even before you have contacted us. We’re a diverse company and constantly advertising our services, increasing our team database and going through strict selection processes to ensure we can meet our clients needs.

We aim to deliver an excellent service to our clients with a 'can-do' attitude to ensuring promises are kept. This means we are constantly monitoring the integrity, diligence and performance of our team. All feedback whether positive or negative is feedback to our team and we shall do all in our power to improve any negative comments. Its our passion for customer service that enables us to go that extra mile to be flexible and meet your needs.

Should your regular team member be sick or on leave, we will contact you to organise temporary cover. You will not be left stranded.

Market rates for our team members change on occasion and to ensure we only recruit the best people we may need increase our rate. Should this happen we will promise to write to you with 30 days notice.

Our service fee is payable monthly or quarterly in advance, by standing order or by bank transfer. You can rest assured this fee is being utilised to ensure our level of service is consistent and the team we provide is of high calibre.

DOMESTIC CLEANING

Regular cleans:

For as little as £11 – 12.50 per hr you can have your own cleaner and start enjoying some free time for yourself.

Agency fee included in above: £3.00

From as little as 2 hrs a week to as many hours as you need (minimum contract of 3 months).

Quick & Easy - One call and within 5-7 days you can have your own weekly regular cleaner.

One off cleans:                          £20.00 per hr per person min 6 hours.

HOUSE MOVES/TENANT HAND OVERS/LET PROPERTY CLEAN

EVENT CLEANING

IRONING SERVICE

Adult items:          Tops, shirts, shorts, skirts @ £1.15 each

                             Trousers, jeans, long dresses @ £1.50 each

Childrens items:   Small items (age 0-5)@ 70p each

                             Large items (age 6-14) @ 80p each

Small items:         Towels, pillowcases, napkins, socks, pants etc @ 65p each

Bedding:              Single bedding & duvet covers @ £3.50 each
                             Double bedding & duvet covers @ £4.00 each

                             Kingsize bedding & duvet covers @ £4.50 each

FREE collection and delivery from your home or office on all orders over £20. There is a £2 delivery charge on orders under £20

DOG WALKING AND PET SITTING

Dog Walking:           *£14 per hour £2.00 per additional dog (60 min walk)

                                  *£10.00 for 30 min walk £2.00 per addtional dog

                                   *Agency fee included.

Daily Dog Care “in your home"(min 8 hours)                     £50

OFFICE ADMIN
